• Regulatory & Codes: Knowledge of relevant building codes, standards, and permitting processes.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to translate design intentions into actionable technical solutions under tight timelines.

Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking an Architect (Technical) to support our Chief Architect in translating creative design concepts into precise working drawings, BOQs, and clear directives for the construction team. This role is pivotal to ensuring our interior architecture projects progress smoothly from concept to completion, maintaining accuracy and quality at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Translation: Convert creative design briefs and concepts into detailed working drawings using AutoCAD or equivalent software.
• BOQ Preparation: Develop accurate Bills of Quantities, itemizing materials, finishes, and labor requirements based on finalized designs.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with the design team, construction supervisors, and external consultants to maintain alignment on technical requirements.
• Documentation & Standards: Uphold industry best practices and internal standards, ensuring all technical drawings and specs are clear, coherent, and up to date.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve potential technical issues or conflicts in design and construction phases.
