Responsibilities & Context

• Acquire new Home Loan, Car Loan, Personal Loan clients through direct marketing, referrals, and corporate tie-ups.
• Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of Home Loan, Car Loan, Personal Loan customers.
• Achieve business targets in line with organizational goals.
• Ensure smooth collection of EMIs and maintain healthy portfolio quality.
• Maintain strict adherence to regulatory and internal compliance policies.
• Prepare and present reports on portfolio performance and progress.
• Support cross-functional teams as per management’s time-to-time assignments.
