Bikroy is currently seeking a skilled Front Desk Executive (Female). As a Front Desk Executive at Bikroy, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. Your role is to ensure a welcoming and professional environment while managing administrative tasks efficiently. You will handle inquiries, coordinate appointments, and support office operations to maintain a smooth workflow.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and meeting coordination.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
  • Ensure office security by monitoring visitor access.
  • Provide support to other departments as needed.
  • Assist HR with onboarding new employees, including preparing documents and coordinating training schedules.
  • Support HR with documentation tasks.
  • Coordinate staff engagement activities and events to promote a positive work environment.
  • Support recruitment efforts by managing interview schedules and candidate communications.
