- Hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere, including automation project development and deployment.
- Experience developing and consuming APIs, as well as working with databases for automation solutions.
- Ability to design technical specification documents for RPA projects and work within Agile development frameworks.
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts for enhanced automation capabilities.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills for effective collaboration and issue resolution.
Responsibilities & Context
- Design, develop, and test automation workflows to optimize business processes.
- Deploy and manage RPA components, including bots, developmental tools, and logging systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver automation solutions.
- Work with stakeholders to capture business needs and translate them into technical designs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to ensure smooth automation operations.
- Support the launch, implementation, and maintenance of RPA solutions.
- Develop and maintain RPA framework libraries and reusable automation components.
- Design and build user interfaces for effective RPA interaction.
- Create, maintain, and update process documentation, test scripts, and end-user guides.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, design, quality, and performance optimization.
