Additional Requirements

Minimum 10 to 15 years of professional experience as a chef.
Proven experience in overseeing operations of 4 to 5 branches.
Expertise in food quality control (QC) and cost management.
Food & Beverage Production Level 3 is mandatory .
Proficiency in preparing both modern and traditional cuisines.
Strong leadership abilities to manage and train kitchen teams.
In-depth knowledge of kitchen hygiene standards, SOPs, and food safety regulations.

Lead and supervise all kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and service quality.
Design and update menus based on customer preferences, seasonal trends, and cost-effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards as per company SOP and government regulations.
Conduct regular kitchen audits to maintain consistency in food quality and cleanliness.
Manage kitchen budgeting, food costing, and inventory control efficiently.
Provide training and mentorship to junior chefs and kitchen staff on modern cooking techniques and safety practices.
Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure the availability and quality of raw materials.
Monitor kitchen staff performance, discipline, and scheduling across branches.
Develop and implement new recipes and plating techniques to increase customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with branch managers to align kitchen operations with service excellence.
