Additional Requirements

• Strong portfolio in modeling, texturing, and rendering (product-focused is a plus)
• Must have working expertise on 3ds Max, Substance Painter, Corona, Photoshop, Illustrator
• You should have knowledge of Zbrush, Maya, Blender, Cinema 4D, Marvelous Designer, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. (Other tools are a bonus)
• Leadership/management experience in a studio or agency
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities smoothly
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills

Role Overview:

As our 3D Lead Artist, you’ll play a dual role as a team leader and production manager—driving creative excellence while ensuring deadlines are met. You’ll actively support production as a senior artist and mentor team members to level up their craft.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, guide, and mentor the 3D team (modeling, texturing, rendering)
• Manage project pipelines, deadlines, and quality control
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to align goals
• Handle task assignment, progress tracking, and performance feedback
• Participate in production as a senior artist when needed
• Ensure consistent visual quality and technical standards
• Troubleshoot technical and creative challenges
