Should be well conversant with computer applications.

Responsibilities & Context

A reputed 100 % export based Knit Composite Garments is looking for potential candidate for the position of DGM/GM (HR, Admin & Compliance) at its factory located in Gazipur. Factory consists of 6000 employees (approx.)

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the overall HR, Admin & Compliance related job activities of the Factory.

The candidate should have sound knowledge & expertise on HR Activities i.e. Payroll Management (mandatory) , Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Performance Management, Training, Employee Relations, Grievance Handling ,Labor Laws etc.

Should have expertise in Safety & Security Management, Transport Management, Housekeeping and Floor Administration.

Should have thorough practical knowledge on Compliance issues, have capacity to lead Compliance team and manage Buyers Inspection team/ Buying Offices independently & take instant necessary corrective measures as per Buyers requirement.
