Keep the manager informed about competitor activities, showroom updates, and insights for improvement.
Optimize product arrangement for increased sales, considering factors like season, popularity, and customer demographics. Create eye-catching displays using design, color, and space.
Develop and execute BTL marketing strategies to boost showroom sales, including discounts and loyalty programs. Provide reports on their impact.
To negotiate agreements with plaza Management or property owners to secure the desired space.
Re- contact for expiry plaza.
Closing shop according to list, run all activities.
Problem solve for maintenance running outlet.
Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with plaza hunting activities.
The budget allocated for plaza hunting activities.
The head of hunting collaborates with other team members to evaluate and prioritize potential plaza locations.
