Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the O Level & A Level academic programs across all branches.
• Ensure adherence to Cambridge/Edexcel curriculum standards.
• Monitor teaching quality and provide guidance for effective teaching methodologies.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance students’ academic performance.
• Organize and oversee internal and external exams (Mock, IGCSE, IAS, IAL, etc.).
• Maintain communication between teachers, parents, and administration.
• Provide academic counseling and support to students.
• Prepare reports and analysis of student progress.
• Arrange professional development programs for teachers.
• Ensure alignment of Islamic values and principles within the curriculum.
