Responsibilities & Context

• Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; Following up on work results.
• Developing store strategies to raise customers pool,expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
• Meeting Sales goals by training, motivation, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff.
• Ensuring high-level of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.6.Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build Career path.
• Deal all issues that arise from staff or customers.
• Prepare periodical budget, schedule expenditure; analyze variance; initiate corrective action.
• Ensure availability of merchandise and service by approving contracts; maintaining inventories.
• Ensure store compliance with health & safety regulations.
• Preparing detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements and profits.
• Secure merchandise by implementing security systems & measures.
• Maintain the stability & reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Maintain inventory by implementing purchasing plans and staying in contact with vendors and shippers.
• Work with vendors and manufactures to bring in effective marketing displays for the sales floor & store windows.
• Manage stock levels & make key decisions about stock control.
• Analyze & interpret trends to facilitate sales planning.
• Organize special promotion, display & events.19.Work as a team with “ISRA” to achieve company goals & targets.
• Perform with full of dedication & confidence.
• Easily adaptable in the new work environment.
