Experience

• At least 5 years

Additional Requirements

• The candidate must hold an MBBS degree or an MSc/MA in Epidemiology or Statistics (MPh or a related postgraduate qualification is preferred).
• With over 10 years of experience including at least 5 years of work experience in a Supervisory capacity and experience in monitoring and evaluating large, multi-year international health sector development projects, research and data analysis.
• Preference will be given to candidates who have published research papers in national or international journals, and strong technical skills, including ability to process and analyze data using one or more statistical software packages, including at least one of the following: SPSS, Epi-Info, Stata, MS Access.

• Job Summary: The position is responsible for providing technical leadership in developing frameworks, plans, and indicators to capture performance results and ensure effective, accurate, and timely monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of all activities.
• The role also includes designing and conducting research and writing reports.
