Requirements

Education

• B.Sc in Mechanical or Electrical from reputed public university / Diploma in RAC or Electrical from government Polytechnic Institute.

Additional Requirements

• Age at most 30 years

• Should be self-motivated to enhance the overall sales & marketing position.
• Excellent writing, interpersonal & high-level communication skills are required.
• Good command on MS-Office applications & Internet and should be able to design 2D & 3D models and structures using AutoCAD.
• Should be able to work under pressure.
• Should be prepared for frequent tour(s) throughout the country.
• Experience: Experienced is not mandatory. FRESH graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Electro Mart Ltd. (EML), a largest Business house in Bangladesh, having been continuing its business as a manufacturer, Importer and Marketer of wide range of electronic home appliances & durables like Air Conditioners, Refrigerators, Color TVs, Washing Machines, Microwave Ovens, Water Purification Systems, Kitchen Appliances, etc. having different international brands e.g. KONKA, GREE, HAIKO etc. is now searching for qualified Experienced and FRESH applicants for the following positions for its Corporate Sales & Marketing Department:
• Department: Corporate Sales & Marketing Department

Key Responsibilities:

• To work as a team member for Door-to-Door marketing and business development of HVAC (Central Air Conditioning) nation-wide.
• Identify and understand the client’s needs through face-to-face interaction, offering customized solutions that match their requirements.
• To create new corporate clients.
• Keep record of number of corporate clients visited per day/week/month and conversion rate (percentage of visits converted into actual sales).
• Lead Generation and follow-up effectiveness.
• Report daily activities & tour plans to reporting boss.
• Should be able to achieve organizational goals and objectives as a performer.
• Generate Daily/Monthly/Half-Yearly/Yearly sales reports on market progress, credit realization and individual customer’s performance.
