Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring high-quality results while meeting deadlines. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, experience in video production coordination, and a keen eye for detail in testing and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution:

• Develop and manage project implementation plans, timelines, and documentation.
• Ensure smooth project execution, coordinating between teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor deadlines and deliverables to maintain project quality.

Video Production Management:

• Create detailed tasks for video editors, including timecodes, storyboards, visual descriptions, sound, and text requirements.
• Review and approve final video content, ensuring technical and visual quality.
• Verify mobile adaptation, layout consistency, and overall video compliance with project goals.

Testing & Quality Assurance:

• Participate in testing services, checking functionality, layout, and user experience.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards before final acceptance.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain project documentation using tools like Figma, Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive.
• Prepare regular progress reports and analyze work results for continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Facilitate clear and effective communication between team members, editors, developers, and stakeholders.

Requirements

Experience & Skills:

• Proven experience in project management and team coordination.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira).
• Strong testing and QA skills, including layout verification and mobile adaptation.
• Experience in video production workflows, from task assignment to final approval.
• Ability to provide detailed video editing briefs (timecodes, storyboards, sound/text descriptions).
• Knowledge of basic video editing principles and quality standards.
• Familiarity with Figma, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
• Understanding of web development basics (advantageous).
• Strong reporting and analytical skills.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, IT, Media Production, or a related field (preferred).

Experience Requirements:

2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in digital services or video production.
