• Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of the organization’s network, servers, and other IT systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Provide day-to-day technical support to employees, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues in a timely manner.
• To help in managing user accounts, permissions, and access control for various software systems and internal tools.·
• To assist in procuring, installing, and configuring new IT equipment and software to meet business needs.
• To maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT systems, procedures, and configurations for future reference.
• Regularly monitor system performance and prepare reports on the health and security of the IT infrastructure.
• Install, troubleshoot, and operate CCTV systems, monitor footage in real-time.
• IT issues and ensure systems are running effectively.
