Requirements
Education

Responsibilities & Context
- Establish sales targets for the designated area, ensure their achievement in line with company objectives, and market potential.
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, supervisors, and other staff within the designated area.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the distribution network within the assigned area.
- Identify potential dealers, distributors, and retail outlets to increase product availability and market penetration.
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitors’ activities.
- Develop sales plans and strategies based on market insights to maximize sales growth and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including distributors, retailers, and wholesalers.
- Plan and execute promotional activities, advertising campaigns, and marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and generate reports on a regular basis.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards. Maintain high standards of product quality, customer service, and ethical business practices.
- Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve their targets and excel in their roles.
- Operations to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Set monthly target of sales force.
- Continuously strive for process improvement, innovation, and excellence in all aspects of sales
