Requirements
Education
- Graduation & Post-Graduation from Public University.
- For MTO position, candidates must have CGPA 3.00 and above in both Graduation & Post-Graduation and GPA 5.00 in both SSC & HSC.

Responsibilities & Context
Abul Khair Group is in search of potential candidates for MTO/TSO positions for the Sales Department of Consumer Goods Division.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise daily sales activities of a large sales units at field level.
- Develop & maintain excellent relationship with stakeholders (distributors/dealers/retailers) & customers.
- Ability to make sales forecast, analyze sales data & innovate strategies to expand potential market.
- Implement the organizational policies & strategies to compete in the market.
- Monitor SR activities to accomplish the ground work.
