Requirements

Education

• Masters

Master’s in any discipline preferably in business background with good academic record. Sound knowledge and proven track record in managing mid segment enterprises business.

Experience

• At least 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Banks

Additional Requirements

• 04-16 years’ experience in any reputed private commercial bank in financial analysis, risk assessment and mitigations, credit proposal processing, portfolio management preferably in the medium segments.
• Excellent knowledge in Credit, Trade and documentation related tasks for conventional and Islamic products.

Responsibilities & Context

• Scrutinize and analyze loan applicant’s financial data, assess and evaluate the creditworthiness of loan application, risk assessment and mitigation, preparing office notes and memorandum, review and recommend Medium-Corporate Segment credit proposal.
• Managing risk and coordinating with internal departments to facilitate financial solutions aligned with client needs and regulatory compliance.
• Address client queries and prompt resolution. Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedure and external / regulatory requirements.
• Conduct visit to customer/business to assess the operational, financial and other aspects of the business to facilitate a prudent credit decision.
