Job Summary:

Hotel Sea Moon is seeking an experienced and highly organized Housekeeping Manager to lead and manage our housekeeping department. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest level of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction across all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and supervise the housekeeping team including supervisors, room attendants, and laundry staff.
• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of guest rooms, public spaces, staff areas, and hotel premises.
• Develop and implement housekeeping policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Monitor inventory and manage procurement of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities.
• Coordinate closely with Front Office, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain hotel cleanliness standards.
• Handle guest complaints and requests related to housekeeping services efficiently.
• Prepare departmental schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
