Job Context
Prime College of Nursing, Dhaka (an initiative of Prime Bank Foundation) is seeking a passionate and dedicated Lecturer with an MBBS degree to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in teaching and a deep commitment to shaping the next generation of nursing professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver course materials, including syllabi, lesson plans, and teaching modules.
- Conduct lectures, interactive sessions, and clinical simulations in both academic and practical settings.
- Assess student performance through examinations, assignments, and clinical evaluations.
- Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of the nursing curriculum.
- Evaluate teaching effectiveness and adapt instructional strategies accordingly.
- Provide academic and career advising to students.
- Support and mentor students in achieving academic and clinical success.
- Participate in institutional research and scholarly activities.
- Engage in professional development and continuing education initiatives.
- Collaborate with faculty, administrative staff, and healthcare partners.
- Contribute to departmental planning, committee work, and quality assurance processes.
- Uphold and promote the mission, vision, and values of Prime College of Nursing.
