Requirements

Education

  • BBA & MBA major in Finance & Accounts from IBA, DU, BRAC, NSU, IUB etc. Candidate having CA.CC degree will get advantage.

Experience

  • At least 6 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Real Estate, Group of Companies, Developer

Responsibilities & Context

  • Communicate with all Company Heads/CEO and different leadership level to collect business updates, compile all reports and submit to honorable Chairman.
  • Develop and maintain internal & external meetings of honorable Chairman as the calendar.
  • Prepare, organize & participate in different internal & external meetings along and on behalf honorable Chairman, take notes & develop minutes to follow-up with concern development.
  • Monitor all company heads/CEO’s KPI and prepare target vs. achievement report for honorable Chairman.
  • Take corrective business direction from Honorable Chairman and interpreted to relevant leadership team to execute.
  • Coordinate with company heads, F&A heads to collect monthly P&L report, prepare presentation and graphs as per collected data and submit honorable Chairman.
  • Liaison & maintain relationship with high level external and Internal stakeholder on behalf of honorable Chairman.
  • Assist all types of official/ business correspondence related to the Chairman Secretariat.
  • Attend incoming and outgoing queries, initiate action plan considering business environment and follow-up.
  • Collect & Analysis Daily sales report, Legal & Regulatory Reports, construction and project update, CRM Report and submit the compile summary reports to honorable Chairman.
  • Response & Follow-up all confidential official letter & email of the Chairman Secretariat.
  • Any other jobs assigned by the management/Board.
