Responsibilities & Context
- Communicate with all Company Heads/CEO and different leadership level to collect business updates, compile all reports and submit to honorable Chairman.
- Develop and maintain internal & external meetings of honorable Chairman as the calendar.
- Prepare, organize & participate in different internal & external meetings along and on behalf honorable Chairman, take notes & develop minutes to follow-up with concern development.
- Monitor all company heads/CEO’s KPI and prepare target vs. achievement report for honorable Chairman.
- Take corrective business direction from Honorable Chairman and interpreted to relevant leadership team to execute.
- Coordinate with company heads, F&A heads to collect monthly P&L report, prepare presentation and graphs as per collected data and submit honorable Chairman.
- Liaison & maintain relationship with high level external and Internal stakeholder on behalf of honorable Chairman.
- Assist all types of official/ business correspondence related to the Chairman Secretariat.
- Attend incoming and outgoing queries, initiate action plan considering business environment and follow-up.
- Collect & Analysis Daily sales report, Legal & Regulatory Reports, construction and project update, CRM Report and submit the compile summary reports to honorable Chairman.
- Response & Follow-up all confidential official letter & email of the Chairman Secretariat.
- Any other jobs assigned by the management/Board.
