Responsibilities & Context:
DZN Etiket is the 100% Turkish invested Multinational Label Company based in Gazipur, Kasimpur. We are producing Care Labels, Woven Labels, Offset Items, Silk Screen Labels and Barcode Stickers in our factory for a lot of Multinational Brands. We are looking for an Woven Maintenance Engineering who will look after followings with his department;
Job Responsibilities:·
- Good understanding about Muller MBJL 01, Vaupel Dornier, Cutting Machine etc.
- Plan routine maintenance of equipment and machinery Analyse breakdowns, diagnose faults and supervise repairs of equipment.
- Assists in workshop maintenance to ensure a clean and healthy environment.
- Provide technical expertise to maintenance people.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedule to ensure optimal performance of all mechanical equipment in Woven Department.
- Develop and manage the mechanical maintenance budget.
- Maintain proper documentation of spare parts inventory, equipment maintenance records, and work orders.
- Be willing to perform other duties as assigned by the authority.
