Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Science (BSc), Diploma in Business Studies

• PGD in QMS (Quality Management System) will be preferred

• Lead Audit Course on QMS (Quality Management System) will be preferred.

Experience

• At least 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Plastic/ Polymer Industry

Additional Requirements

• Age 30 to 55 years

• Expert in handling customer complain RCA & CA.
• Basic concept on ISO QMS -9001 & 2015.
• Expert in Quality culture making /methodology.
• Expert in Quality tools.
• Good knowledge of excel/Word/PPT/ Communication system.
• Must be smart enough to handle any difficult situation.
• Must have good communication skill in Bangla and English with proper accent.
• Working experience in quality department minimum 8 years in PP Woven & PE manufacturing sector/industry. Woven Bag (Feed Bag, Sugar Bag, Fertilizer Bag, Rice Bag, Flower Bag & Etc. Bag)

Responsibilities & Context

• Material consumption, production wastage and breakdown analysis.
• Defect analyze and root cause analysis capability.
• Daily reporting and communication skill to others department.
