We are seeking a business development officer to join our team. Night shift job 7 PM-4PM.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage, assign, and track work orders with strong attention to detail.
Source, onboard, and monitor vendors; ensure compliance with deadlines and quality standards.
Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. Communicate regularly with vendors, supporting them with documentation and payment processes.
Maintain the vendor database and track performance.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in the U.S. property preservation industry (required).
- Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills in English.
- Strong leadership skills and confidence in public speaking.
- Freshers can apply only with high English fluency or English medium background
  EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
  - Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  - English-medium background preferred.
  - An IELTS score of 6+ is an advantage but not mandatory.
