Responsibilities & Context
- Supervise general administrative functions, including office maintenance, housekeeping, and facility management
- Oversee maintenance of factory infrastructure, utilities, and equipment
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for administrative processes
- Coordinate with HR and other departments for employee welfare activities
- Supervise security personnel (in-house or outsourced) to ensure 24/7 vigilance
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities
- Monitor CCTV surveillance, access control systems, and visitor management protocols
- Investigate security breaches, thefts, or misconduct and report to management
- Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed
- Conduct fire drills, safety training, and awareness programs for employees
- Maintain records of safety inspections, incident reports, and corrective actions
- Manage canteen/food services and ensure hygiene standards
- Train, mentor, and evaluate security and admin staff
- Foster a culture of discipline, accountability, and professionalism
