Responsibilities & Context

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Supervise and guide the sales representatives to ensure daily productivity and performance.
• Build and manage strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt strategies accordingly.
• Plan and conduct regular field visits to evaluate team performance and retail market conditions.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Organize training sessions for sales staff to improve product knowledge and selling skills.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and branding initiatives.
