Job Circular: Manager/Senior Manager – Lithium Battery Production
Overview:
RFL Group, one of Bangladesh’s most diversified and innovation-driven conglomerates, is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to join as Manager/Senior Manager – Lithium Battery Production at our Habiganj Industrial Park. With a strong foothold in the power solutions sector, we are expanding into advanced energy storage technologies, including lithium battery manufacturing. This leadership role is ideal for experienced professionals passionate about driving operational excellence and technological advancement in a high-growth industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end lithium battery production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency at every stage.
- Develop and execute strategic production plans aligned with business objectives and market demand.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to improve productivity, output per man-hour, and line efficiency.
- Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives through Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, environmental, and safety standards in all production processes.
- Collaborate with R&D, QA, Maintenance, and SCM teams to optimize process performance and product quality.
- Train, mentor, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous development.
- Drive cost control initiatives by reducing process loss, wastage, and energy consumption.
