- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to situations.
- Willingness to make independent decisions when necessary.
- Sound knowledge in checking site material quality and volume, and controlling material wastage.
Responsibilities & Context
- Manage all related activities of A Plus Group’s projects, including planning, manpower development, monitoring, and technical assistance.
- Oversee project progress from conception to completion according to design and management decisions.
- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities.
- Estimate materials, prepare budgets, verify bills, and report progress to superiors.
- Archive and maintain all site documents.
- Ensure safety standards at construction sites.
- Check and control wastage of materials during execution of work.
- Manage construction schedules and supervise project activities.
- Verify bills as per completed work according to design and quality.
