Responsibilities & Context

Job Summary:

Arbit Creative Hub is looking for an experienced and dynamic Telesales Leader (TL) to manage and guide our telesales team. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in telesales leadership and a strong understanding of CRM tools, lead management, and conversion strategies. If you have the ability to motivate a team and deliver consistent results, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the telesales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular coaching and feedback.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead and customer information.
• Ensure proper lead nurturing, follow-ups, and pipeline management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
• Conduct training sessions for telesales representatives to enhance communication and closing skills.
• Analyze data and sales metrics to improve team productivity.
