• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Ticketing & Reservation.

• Proficiency in GDS systems (Galileo, Sabre, Amadeus) is mandatory.

• Good communication skills in both English and Bengali.

• Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of visa processing and travel regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities & Context

• Handle ticketing and reservation activities efficiently through GDS systems (Galileo, Sabre, Amadeus).

• Manage customer queries regarding flight bookings, ticket cancellations, and re-issuance.

• Ensure accurate pricing and reservation management according to airline regulations.

• Provide information on travel policies, travel documentation, and other relevant details.

• Communicate effectively with airlines, customers, and travel partners.

• Monitor booking status, flight schedules, and manage PNR updates.

• Resolve issues related to booking errors, fare adjustments, and other ticketing concerns.

• Maintain strong relationships with customers by providing high-quality service.
