Additional Requirements

Receive and execute dispatch and logistics instructions from the manager or higher authority.
Coordinate with transporters for pickup and delivery as per given schedules.
Follow standard procedures for receiving, storing, and issuing materials.
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of GRNs, challans, and delivery documents.
Update stock entries in the ERP system or inventory register as directed.
Physically verify incoming and outgoing materials as per documentation.
Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and housekeeping in the warehouse/store.
Monitor daily stock levels and report any discrepancies to the reporting manager.
Assist in periodic physical stock audits and cycle counts.
Communicate with internal departments for material movement as instructed.
Supervise loaders/helpers and ensure safe material handling.
Follow SOPs and safety guidelines during all warehouse and logistics activities.
Submit daily reports and updates to the reporting authority without delay.
Maintain filing and record-keeping of all logistics and store-related documents.
Perform other tasks assigned by management.
