Garments, Group of Companies

Provide technical guidance and support to the sewing floor team, including supervisors, technicians, and operators.
Monitor and evaluate the overall production process to identify areas for improvement in quality control, productivity, and workflow optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as design, production, and quality control, to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of garments.
Develop and implement standardized operating procedures to ensure consistency in the garment manufacturing process and quality standards.
Train and educate sewing floor staff on technical aspects, including machine operation, garment construction techniques, and quality assurance methods.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices.
Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes of quality defects, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and advancements in garment manufacturing techniques.
Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure seamless integration of new designs into production.
