Responsibilities & Context
- Manage end-to-end air ticket issuance, re-issuance and refunds
- Process reservations, PNR modifications and fare calculations Maintain and reconcile ticket inventory, sales and sales reports
- Coordinate with airlines, travel agencies and clients to resolve ticketing issues
- Ensure compliance with IATA rules, fare regulations and company policies
