Experience

  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Software Company, IT Enabled Service, Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Advertising Technology (AdTech) Startup

Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 30 years

Must have a strong understanding of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and LAN/WAN setup.

Should be proactive in identifying and resolving technical issues before they impact users.Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Willingness to work during off-hours or weekends if required for urgent network issues or maintenance.

Must have the ability to document technical issues and solutions clearly for internal use.

Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with Mikrotik, Cisco, or similar network devices will be an added advantage.

Basic understanding of cybersecurity and network safety practices is a plus.

Responsibilities & Context

Planning and Designing ISP Core Network.

Having practical knowledge to install and configure networking router (MIKROTIK), switches (CISCO,Huawei, BDCOM, ), OLTs (VSOL, BDCOM, C-DATA), and wireless devices is a must be.

Working with any kinds of Network Troubleshooting and Outages issues.

Configuring and troubleshooting of PPPOE, RADIUS etc. services.

Manage GGC, FNA, IX Services, Traffic Queues & Scheduling.

Working with Different types of Switching Service (VLAN, TRUNKING, VTP, STP, RSTP etc.) and GPON OLT, ONU etc.

CCNA/MTCNA course completed.

Mikrotik switch & router.

Working with Different types of Routing Protocols like Static, OSPF, BGP with Multiple Network.

Supervising the NOC team, while working closely with other team, management and external vendors to achieve company’s goals.

Collaborating with NOC and System Support Team to ensure efficient service of the company.

Ensure Highest uptime of ISP service with maintaining SLA for all types customer.
