Position Overview

We seek a talented and creative Graphic Designer and Video Editor / Content Creator to join our Digital Marketing team. You will be responsible for producing compelling visuals and high-quality videos that elevate our brand across social media, the web, and promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

• Create visually engaging graphics, banners, infographics, social-media posts, brochures, and other marketing collateral.
• Develop branding elements, including logos, style guides, and presentation templates.

Video Editing & Production

• Edit and produce professional videos for YouTube, social platforms, website banners, and promotional campaigns.
• Incorporate motion graphics and animations to enhance storytelling.
• Optimize video content for different platforms (YouTube SEO, social-media aspect ratios, etc.).

Content Creation, Collaboration & Management

• Brainstorm creative ideas with the marketing team to develop campaign concepts.
• Contribute to the visual design and update of the company website.
• Ensure all collateral aligns with ICC Communication’s brand identity and quality standards.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, video-editing techniques, and platform requirements.

• Plan and Produce Content: Develop high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook.
• Visual Storytelling: Create eye-catching visuals, videos, and reels that align with our brand identity.

Platform Management:

• Trend Spotting: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and techniques to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Analytics Monitoring: Track key performance metrics to measure the success of content and inform future strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree (Honors) in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Experience:4–7 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing is preferred;
• Candidates with 3+ years of experience and proven portfolios are welcome to apply.
• Prior exposure to the Internet Service Provider/broadband, OTT entertainment sector or immigration & education consultancy is a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva (for rapid mock-ups and social-media assets), Motion-graphics and animation tools (e.g., After Effects), Basic web-design familiarity (e.g., WordPress, Laravel or similar CMS)

Soft Skills:

• Strong creative vision and attention to detail
• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Collaborative mindset: able to take feedback and work in cross-functional teams
• Passion for visual storytelling and staying current with digital-marketing trends

Additional:

• Age: 24–35 years
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in English
