Summary

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Photography, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluency in English and Bengali is required.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Experience in a multinational or educational institution is preferred.
Knowledge of branding, digital marketing, and social media platforms.
Experience with content creation and management.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Proficiency in Google Workspace applications.

Additional Requirements

Take, store, and organise photos and videos of all school events and activities.
Manage and track media releases for all visual content.
Attend all Grace events, including those outside office hours, to capture photography and videography.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and insights for social media posts.
Utilise graphic design skills to create visually appealing posts.
Create social media posts as directed, including reels and promotional videos.
Assist in managing the inventory of the Grace Store.
Support the Communications Manager and Director of Communications as needed.
Assist in event planning and execution.
Oversee administrative details for the Communications team events.
Assist other teams with events upon request.
Engage with the organisation’s mission and contribute to its development.
Work cooperatively as part of a team.
Uphold honesty, confidentiality, and transparency in all aspects of the role.
