Job Location: Kakrail, Dhaka Metro
- Supervising and monitoring sales team members including SR, TSO
- Guiding SR and TSO to ensure their daily, weekly and monthly targets
- Organizing, coordinating team members to achieve targets
- Keeping liaision with distributors, handling distributors effectively
- Preparing sales promotion offers, taking part in sales meetings and finding ways to grow and achieve sales.
