Responsibilities & Context
- Program Oversight: Provide overall supervision and strategic direction for bank’s Privilege Banking Program.
- Proposition Development: Design and introduce new value propositions tailored to the evolving needs of Privilege clients.
- Business Growth Support: Assist Privilege Centers in acquiring new clients and expanding portfolio size across locations.
- Portfolio Allocation: Oversee the assignment and reallocation of client portfolios across different Privilege Centers.
- Client Due Diligence & Audit: Lead client-level due diligence exercises and manage internal audits for the Privilege Banking Department.
- Performance Monitoring: Track, evaluate, and guide the performance of Privilege Relationship Managers (RMs) against set KPIs.
- Project Leadership: Drive both technical and non-technical projects relevant to the enhancement of Privilege Banking operations and service delivery.
