• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related field

• 4–5 years of experience in a food production or QC/QA role

• Knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, and BSTI food safety standards

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Basic lab skills and familiarity with food testing procedures

Responsibilities & Context

Assurance Farm is a fast-growing food manufacturing company dedicated to producing high-quality, pure products including yogurt, sweets, ghee, cheese, halal beef, and fresh chicken. To maintain our commitment to quality and safety, we are looking for a skilled Quality Control (QC) / Quality Inspector (QI) to join our Food & Beverage team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality inspections at various stages of production for yogurt, sweets, ghee, cheese, beef, and chicken

• Ensure products meet internal quality standards and regulatory requirements

• Perform microbiological, chemical, and physical tests on raw materials and finished products

• Monitor hygiene and food safety practices across the production floor

• Maintain accurate QC documentation and reporting

• Support the implementation of food safety systems (HACCP, ISO, BSTI standards)
