Additional Requirements

Prepare and submit accurate and complete documentation for incentive claims (cash incentives, duty drawback, etc) to the concerned authorities.
Track and monitor claims status and ensure timely realization of approved amounts.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable government schemes, rates, and policy changes.
Liaise with commercial banks, Bangladesh Bank (or relevant central authority), Export Promotion Bureau (EPB), BGMEA/BKMEA, and other government bodies.
Work closely with accounts, export, and commercial departments to collect and verify required documents for claims.
Ensure proper preparation of shipping documents (commercial invoices, EXP, BL, UD, packing list, etc.) for claim eligibility.
Maintain accurate records and audit trails for all submitted and realized claims.
Ensure full compliance with the latest rules, circulars, and notifications from relevant government authorities.
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on the status of claims.
Assist internal and external auditors during audits related to incentive claims.
