Responsibilities & Context

• Assist in visa processing and maintain applicant documentation
• Create and publish job circulars for recruitment purposes
• Perform accurate and timely data entry in various formats
• Manage and organize files using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Browse and extract information from the internet as needed
• Design promotional and recruitment materials using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Maintain and update company websites or social media if required
• Set up and troubleshoot technical devices (WiFi, Printers, Computers, etc.)
• Support the overall IT operations and administrative tasks of the office.
