Responsibilities & Context

• Develop and implement detailed plans, schedules, and timelines to ensure the construction projects are completed within deadlines.
• Prepare and manage budget estimates, progress reports, and cost tracking to ensure projects are financially on track.
• Interpret and explain plans and contractual terms to various stakeholders including clients, architects, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Oversee and supervise construction workers and related teams, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Prepare, review, and negotiate revisions to contracts with stakeholders such as architects, consultants, clients, and subcontractors to ensure clarity and compliance.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring that the construction process is consistent with the planned specifications, timelines, and quality standards. Proactively manage and resolve any risks or challenges.
