Responsibilities & Context

• Process Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks.• Performance Metrics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure process effectiveness and monitor progress in process improvement initiatives.• Training and Education: Provide training and support to employees involved in the newly optimized processes, ensuring understanding and adherence to updated procedures.• Project Planning and Execution: You will be involved in meticulously planning, scheduling, and executing engineering projects to ensure timely delivery and successful implementation of solutions. • Follow-up – All concerned for pre-production activities and Style change over activities to achieve better ramp-up. Discuss with the technical person and develop folders/profiles to simplify operations. Ensure special machines are kept ready well in advance. • Layout Discussion – Discuss layout with production and quality teams on changes foreseen and finalize operator allocation for every operation based on skill matrix • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Working collaboratively with teams across departments to integrate engineering solutions, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.• Leadership and Mentorship: Providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.• Process Improvement and Innovation: Driving innovation by implementing process improvements, automation solutions, and lean methodologies to enhance efficiency and productivity.• Technical or Customer-Facing Responsibilities: Engaging with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to understand requirements, provide technical support, and ensure customer satisfaction.
