The location will be near Rajendrapur, Gazipur.
Must ensure stay with the company for 3 years.
Expected to work both day and night shifts as and when required.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead formulation development for new and existing personal care products (skincare, haircare, hygiene, etc.)
Plan and execute lab-scale, pilot-scale, and production-scale trials.Evaluate product performance, stability, and consumer acceptability.
Analyze raw materials, finished products, and competitor benchmarks.
Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, regulatory, and quality teams for product development and rollout.
Maintain detailed documentation for formulations, test results, and regulatory compliance.
Stay updated on market trends, scientific advancements, and sustainability initiatives.
Test report of Raw material (RM), Packing material (PM) & finished Goods (FG).
Preparation & updating of SOP, Specification & other documents as and when required.
Preservation of reference sample of RM, PM & FG.
Performing QAD activities.
Maintain housekeeping & Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) in Lab activities.
Knowledge & practical experience in Process Validation and IQ, OQ, PQ, DQ of instruments.
Product Stability Protocol.External Audit handling capability.
Problem Solving Capability (Root Cause Analysis, CAPA etc).
Create an Environment of Continuous Improvement using the Total Productive Maintenance Methodology.
