Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or,
• B.Sc. in Agriculture, Agri Economics, Animal Husbandry, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Experience

• 4 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Manufacturing (FMCG), Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies

Additional Requirements

• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Knowledge of market trends in the poultry industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities & Context

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase egg sales and market penetration.
• Identify potential customers, including wholesalers, retailers, restaurants, and supermarkets.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, pricing trends, and competitor activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Provide after-sales support adn ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and report to the Sales Manager.
• Ensure proper inventory management to meet demand without surplus or shortages.
• Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely product delivery.
• Monitor market prices and suggest competetive pricing strategies.
