Responsibilities & Context
- To Set & Achieve Target Business Matrix.
- To set production target Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis.
- Achieve target with Team Balancing according to SOP.
- Formulate process improvement/Development to achieve target efficiently.
- Coordinate with other department to run smooth & timely production.
- Synthetic line output quantity must be ensured as per plan (PUsandal/Shoe /Outsole- 267 pairs/hr).
- Reworks must be minimized & Quality must be followed to achieve theproduction.
- Shop order must be closed on time as per plan (Monthly).
- Coordinate with Planning, QA, Maintenance and PD to avoid anyinconvenience in production floor.
- Line monitoring and minimize the bottleneck & ensure on time delivery.
- Ensure housekeeping, line discipline, manpower utilization, next shiftproduction materials, attendance etc.
- Ensure efficient utilization of Manpower.
- Synthetic Product development idea sharing.
