  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the pipes, fittings, or construction materials industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Officer/Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and success.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market share within the assigned territory, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty, through presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management, collaborating with marketing to drive growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities, representing the company at trade shows and conferences.
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally, ensuring adherence to company policies and quality standards.
  • Implement territory sales plans for pipes, fittings, and uPVC sheets, prospecting new customers and nurturing existing ones.
  • Conduct product presentations and negotiate sales deals, ensuring adherence to pricing and terms.
  • Prepare sales quotations and contracts, process orders, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Collect customer feedback and market information for identifying new sales opportunities and product improvement.
  • Attend industry events to network and generate leads, while preparing regular sales reports and achieving set targets for volume, revenue, and profitability.

Skills & Expertise

Good at Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
