- স্বাস্থ্যসম্মত ও সুস্বাদু খাবার প্রস্তুত করা।
- খাদ্য পরিষ্কার-পরিচ্ছন্নতা ও পুষ্টিগুণ বজায় রাখা।
- মেনু পরিকল্পনা ও প্রয়োজনে বাজার তালিকা তৈরি করা।
