• সময়মতো ও নিয়মিত অফিসে উপস্থিত থাকতে হবে।
• হাসিমুখে ও সুন্দর বাচনভঙ্গিতে কথা বলতে হবে।
• স্পষ্ট ও সুন্দরভাবে বাংলা কথা বলার দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
• প্রজেক্ট সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিত জেনে সে অনুযায়ী কাস্টমারদের সাথে কথা বলতে হবে।
• স্পষ্ঠভাষী, সুন্দরভাবে কথা বলতে হবে।
• স্মার্ট ও পরিপাটি হতে হবে।ফরমাল ড্রেসে অফিসের কাজ করতে হবে।
• কোনো হসপিটাল রিসিপশনিস্ট/ফ্রন্ট ডেস্কে নূন্যতম ২-৫ বছরের বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
