Additional Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in architecture, sales, business development, or client management.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in handling architectural and interior design clients will be preferred.
- Ability to conduct site visits and manage client relationships independently.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office will be an advantage.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of closing deals.
Responsibilities & Context
- Attend and manage all incoming sales leads and client inquiries.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and project discussions.
- Visit project sites and coordinate with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Negotiate project terms and successfully close deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Coordinate with the design team to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review architectural drawings, concepts, and project requirements.
- Prepare project proposals, quotations, and follow-up communications.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
