Responsibilities & Context

Position Overview:

We are seeking an exceptionally hands-on Lead AI Engineer / AI Solution Architect/Senior Software Engineer with a competitive coding background (e.g., attended regional or international programming contests), a deep understanding of LLMs, Generative AI, and 5+ years of experience building end-to-end AI systems who have the ability to make the scalable solution without any external help. This is a leadership role for someone who codes, architects, leads teams, and deploys impactful AI solutions globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, train, validate, and deploy ML/DL models (NLP, CV, Text-to-Image/Video/Audio)
• Ability to write Front End code in React/Javascript and Backend code in Python with opensource environment
• Develop solutions with HuggingFace Transformers, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, Scikit-learn
• Build data pipelines (CSV, APIs, DBs, web scraping), using Spark/Hadoop
• Serve AI via REST/GraphQL APIs (FastAPI, Flask, Django)
• Frontend integration with React, Redux, React Context
• Architect and deploy AI solutions on AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Model deployment via SageMaker, Vertex AI, or Azure ML
• Use Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) for scalable delivery
• Monitor using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack
• Translate business requirements into scalable ML systems
• Mentor engineers, lead cross-functional AI teams, and align technical direction

Preferred Qualifications:

• Fluent in English to communicate with clients
• BSc in Computer Science or related fields
• Strong portfolio or competitive programming history
• Deep knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, HuggingFace and cutting-edge NLP
• Experience building and deploying own LLM or similar systems
• Entrepreneurial mindset: self-motivated, agile, energetic, and proactive leader
• Excellent communication and team management skills
• Candidate graduated from BUET, or Public Universities in Bangladesh
